Regain Vitality, Resiliance and Inspiration – Welcome to My Yoga Class!<\/strong><\/h2>\n

After having lived in NYC for over 3 decades, I moved to Allendale in 2019. I fell in love with this area and opened yoga4beyond Studio in 2023 April. My hope is to share everything I learned by traveling all over the world- from the ruins of India, rice fields of Bali, serene Buddist Temple in Japan to the busy streets of New York City… The fields of study includes Dance, Massage, Anatomy, Corrective Movement, Yoga, Energy work and Healing Arts. All of these essence are reflected in my class so we could learn from our body and mind.<\/p>\n

Our studio is nestled in between two beautiful brooks- Hohokus brook and Ramsey brook in Allendale, NJ. I am so happy to be serving this awesome community by offering a donation base Yoga class. Please join us- You don’t need to be a resident of Allendale. Just bring your curious mind.<\/p>\n

\u00a0This is not a flow or hot yoga class<\/strong><\/h2>\n

This class is designed for you to find the good alignment and regulation in your body and mind. Anyone interested in self-care practice, building an exercise routine and structural integrity is welcome. Learn to cultivate the body that lasts for a lifetime!\u00a0 \u00a0 Yoga experience is not necessary. Please bring your own mat.<\/p>\n
