Optimal physical health and consciousness can be achieved through proper practice of yoga to suit each and every one of us. My belief in Yoga goes way beyond “one size fits all”- There are so many different ways to practice yoga to fit endless different needs. With my varying studies in yoga and spiritual practice, I have influenced my own teaching style, from 5 year training with Sri Dharma Mittra, which aided my spiritual transformation to human dissection courses with Gil Hedley, in which I discoverd nature’s intricate palette in the human body.
After suffering through a few dehabilitating injuries, I discovered Yoga Tune Up ® , with which I completely healed and learned how to listen to my body. Ever since, I have devoted myself to spreading this knowledge with my students. In my classes, I blend the ancient wisdom of Yoga and the precision of Anatomy and Kinesiology. I incorporate corrective exercises, moderate pace Vinyasa, creative movement, as well as Pranayama to increase students’ alignment and devotion to their body and mind. I encourage each one of my students to reach for their highest potential through discovering the perfection that they already possess.
